1. Contact Unlock Credits
Important: Contact unlock credits are consumed immediately upon use to view property owner contact information. Once used, credits cannot be refunded.
- Unlock credits are purchased to view property owner contact details
- Once you unlock a contact, the credit is immediately consumed
- Used credits are non-refundable under any circumstances
- Unused credits in your account can be used for future unlocks
- Credits do not expire and remain in your account until used
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered ONLY in the following scenarios:
- Technical Failure: If payment was deducted but credits were not added to your account due to a technical error
- Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same transaction
- Unauthorized Transaction: If your account was compromised and unauthorized purchases were made
- Platform Error: If our system malfunction prevented you from accessing unlocked contacts
Note: Refunds are NOT available for:
- Changed mind after unlocking a contact
- Property owner not responding to your calls/messages
- Inaccurate property information in listings
- Unable to reach the property owner (we provide the contact, not guarantee response)
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email us at anoopsg2@gmail.com with your refund request
- Include your account phone number, transaction ID, and reason for refund
- Provide screenshots or evidence of the issue (if applicable)
- We will review your request within 5-7 business days
- If approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days
4. Cancellation Policy
For Property Listings:
- You can request to remove your property listing at any time
- Contact us with your property ID and request removal
- Removal is free of charge
- Once removed, the listing cannot be recovered
For Unlock Credits:
- Unused credits cannot be cancelled for refund
- Credits remain in your account indefinitely until used
- If you wish to close your account, unused credits will be forfeited
5. Payment Disputes
If you encounter any payment issues:

- Provide transaction details and screenshots
- We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly
- For payment gateway issues, we will coordinate with our payment processor
6. Chargebacks
We discourage filing chargebacks with your bank without first contacting us. Chargebacks may result in:
- Immediate suspension of your Dhanya Properties account
- Forfeiture of all unused credits
- Additional fees charged by payment processors
