1. Guided Site Visit Bookings (₹499)
100% Brokerage Adjustment: The nominal booking fee of ₹499 paid for a guided site visit is 100% adjusted and credited against the final brokerage payable upon closing of the property purchase through Dhanya Properties.
- Dhanya Properties provides curated, consultant-accompanied on-ground site visits across Hubli & Dharwad.
- A nominal scheduling fee of ₹499 is charged per property visit to confirm consultant availability and coordinate with property owners.
- Site visits can be rescheduled without penalty with at least 24 hours prior notice.
2. Refund Eligibility
Full refunds of the ₹499 booking fee will be provided in the following circumstances:
- Inability to Schedule: If Dhanya Properties or the property owner is unable to facilitate the site visit within a reasonable timeframe.
- Property Sold / Withdrawn: If the requested property is sold or withdrawn from the market before your scheduled visit can take place.
- Duplicate Charge: If a technical error resulted in multiple deductions for the same site visit booking.
- Technical Payment Failure: If payment was deducted from your bank/UPI but your booking confirmation failed to generate.
Note: Refunds are NOT available for:
- Client failing to attend the scheduled site visit without at least 24 hours prior notice.
- Deciding not to purchase the property after the guided site inspection has already been completed.
3. Refund Process & Timeline
To request a refund or cancellation:

- Provide your Booking ID (found in My Account → My Site Visits) and transaction reference.
- Our team will verify the request within 24 to 48 hours.
- Once approved, refunds are credited back to the original source payment method (UPI / Bank Account / Card) via our payment gateway (Cashfree Payments) within 5 to 7 business days.
4. Rescheduling Policy
We understand plans can change. You can reschedule your guided site visit:
- Free of charge by notifying us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled visit time.
- Contact us via phone (+91 91135 54588) or WhatsApp with your Booking ID to pick a new date and time.
5. Payment Disputes & Gateway Inquiries
If you notice an unexpected transaction or payment issue:

- We work directly with Cashfree Payments and your bank to resolve disputes swiftly and transparently.
