Note: We are NOT a real estate broker or agent. We only provide a platform for direct communication between parties.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our Platform
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
4. Property Listings
- All property listings are subject to review and approval by our team
- You must be the legal owner or authorized representative of any property you list
- All information provided must be accurate and truthful
- We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates our guidelines
- Listing a property does not guarantee it will be published
5. Contact Unlock & Payments
- Accessing contact information requires purchase of unlock credits
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
- Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways
- Unlock credits are non-refundable once used
- We do not guarantee that unlocked contacts will respond to inquiries
6. User Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent property listings
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Use the Platform for any illegal activities
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Spam or send unsolicited messages to other users
- Impersonate another person or entity
7. Disclaimer
- We do not verify the legal ownership or status of listed properties
- We are not responsible for disputes between property owners and interested parties
- All transactions are between users; we are not a party to any agreement
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listings
- Users should conduct their own due diligence before entering any property transaction
8. Limitation of Liability
Dhanya Properties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the last 6 months.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, and software on Dhanya Properties are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hubli-Dharwad, Karnataka.
