Dhanya Properties is a premier real estate advisory and curated property showcase in the Hubli-Dharwad region. Our services include:
- Curated showcases of verified properties with high-definition walkthrough videos and detailed specifications
- Personalized on-ground guided site visits conducted by experienced property consultants
- Customized buyer requirement matching and sourcing
- End-to-end deal coordination, documentation assistance, and closing support
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when registering or booking a service
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our Platform and book site visits
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your verified account
4. Property Showcases
- All property listings on Dhanya Properties are verified and curated by our team
- Property details, pricing, dimensions, and specifications are published in good faith based on documentation provided by owners/developers
- Showcase availability is subject to change based on actual market transactions
- Property owners who wish to showcase their property on our platform can contact us directly for listing evaluation
5. Guided Site Visits & Payments
- Clients can book a personalized guided site visit for any featured property for a nominal booking fee of ₹499
- 100% Brokerage Adjustment: The entire ₹499 booking fee is 100% adjusted and credited against the final brokerage payable upon closing of the property transaction through Dhanya Properties
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes
- Payments are processed through secure, RBI-licensed payment gateways (Cashfree Payments)
- Our team coordinates with the client to schedule and accompany them on the on-ground site inspection
6. User Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Submit false, misleading, or abusive property requirements
- Harass, abuse, or harm our consultants, staff, or property owners
- Use the Platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts
- Impersonate another person or entity
7. Due Diligence & Advisory
- Dhanya Properties assists clients by reviewing property titles, approvals, and legal documents to the best of our knowledge
- Clients and buyers are encouraged to conduct their own independent legal due diligence and survey before final registration
- Dhanya Properties acts as a facilitator and advisor to ensure transparent and smooth property transactions
8. Limitation of Liability
Dhanya Properties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the last 6 months.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, and software on Dhanya Properties are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hubli-Dharwad, Karnataka.
